Eligibility criteria:

Full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with not lower than 65% marks in aggregate for Unreserved(UR) & Different Backward Category(OBC) and 55% of marks for SC/ST/PWD class taking average of all of the semesters/years, No matter the weight-age given to any specific semester/yr by the Institute/College.

AGE Limit:

Upper Age limit is 30 years as on 22.05.2018.

Selection Process:

Primarily based on the valid score cf GATE-2018 and organizational need, candidates shall be shortlisted on merit for the personal interview for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainees(GETs) in the above disciplines. The score is valid provided that the applicant obtains greater than or equal to the qualifying marks as fixed for the above papers by GATE-2018 committee.
Compensation Package:
Ø  Selected candidates will be placed on the pay scale of Rs.40000 – 3% – 140000/- throughout 12 months training. Upon successful completion of training i.e. subject to fulfilling the required efficiency associated/different criterion of the Firm in force & amended every now and then, they are going to be absorbed as Jr. Manager at E1 grade within the pay scale of Rs. 60000-3%-180000/-.
Ø  The approximate CTC would be 10.52 lakhs per annum during the training period and upon confirmation to E1 grade, the CTC would be approximate Rs. 15.73 lakhs per annum.
Service Agreement Bond:
The selected candidate at the  time of joining will be required to sign a contract of apprenticeship in accordance with the Apprenticeship Act and also will be required to execute a service agreement bond of 3,00,000/-or 4,00,000/- (for training imparted overseas) on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 1500/- to serve the Firm for a minimum interval of four years after successful completion of 1year training.
Application Fee:

Ø  The General & OBC candidates are required to pay rs 500/- towards application fee & SC/ST/PWD/Departmental candidates are required to pay rs 100/- only.
Ø  Candidates cannot opt to pay through internet banking account/debit card/credit card.
Ø  Application fee/registration fee is Non refundable.

How to apply:

Ø  The candidates need to ensure that the GATE-2018 registration number ,which is mentioned in the GATE 2018 card.
Ø  Name should also be filled up as appearing in GATE-2018 admit card
Ø  Candidate needs to upload the scanned copy of their recent passport size color photograph ,GATE-2018 admit card ,signature which are identical to that they have submitted along with GATE-2018 application and prescribed qualification, mark sheet as per the requisite qualification.
Ø  Candidates should ensure that the relevant details i.e Name, date of birth, address entered  in NALCO online application should same as entered in the GATE-2018 application.
Ø  In case candidate is called for personal interview he/she will be required to produce his/her original GATE-2018 admit card & GATE-2018 official card for reverification.
